Refund & return policy

All purchases made on our site are final sales. As our products are custom-made with your desired engravings, we do not accept returns. Although if your engraving is misspelled or there is a mistake on our end, we will happily send you a new one, free of charge obviously.

It is your responsibility to provide the right address and engraving. If you provided the wrong address upon ordering, which causes your order to not be delivered, it is your mistake and we do not offer a refund. We will happily re-send your order to the corrected address, but you’ll have to pay the Re-shipping fee.

If you ordered a custom ring and it doesn’t fit, Unfortunately you can not exchange/return it since we won’t be able to resell your custom products.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will take 4 to 9 days from the date of your order for the item to be shipped and delivered. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive if you notice any damage you should make note of it on the freight bill or express receipt, and the freight carrier’s agent will sign such bill or receipt. When loss or damage is concealed or is not apparent until the unit is unpacked, you must within 24 hours of delivery send us a request via live chat and by email. Please send photos to along with your name, surname and order number and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
